We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve clients' communication objectives.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content across various social media platforms.
• Deep knowledge on LinkedIn management
• Experience and deed understanding on Digital executive positioning
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant news.
• Manage influencers relations (micro and macro) organizing with them all kind of activations.
• Make recommendations for quick-turn creative and ongoing strategy or opportunities.
• Conduct social media audits and develop recommendations for improvement.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their brand and communication goals.
• Analyse social media performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay informed about changes in algorithms and platform policies.
• Define and implement LinkedIn strategies for companies and executives’ profiles.
• Manage Paid media campaigns focus on social media Ads and LinkedIn Ads

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (minimum 2-3 years in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Understand social platforms and trends in real time to trigger new ideas and proposals.
• Proficiency in best practices and publishing tools for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok and YouTube.
• Experience managing a base of influencers of all kinds.
• Strong creative and content creation skills with Social first ideas thinking: deep understanding of digital platforms and social formats.
• Proven creative copywriting experience in Spanish and English.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and extremely organized.
• Comfortable working with social media management, publishing and monitoring tools.
• Experience/enthusiasm around working in a Tourism related field is strongly preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced international environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
