At Amer Global Brands we are looking for a Brand Manager who wants to enhance and develop their career in the world of spirits from a juicy portfolio of products.
What would your responsibilities be?
Brand building:
National role covering brand building of an assigned group of brands on the Iberian Market (Spain and Portugal)
Management:
In a complex way, manage all projects in Iberia of the assigned group of brands: image and awareness development
Communication in all touch points with clients including among other complex digital presence, cooperation with local KOL, POSM and merchandising units creation as well as production across channels
With media, events, sponsorships, public relations, recommendation of brand initiatives in key on-trade outlets to meet particular brand’s objectives like trial or education
Trade marketing:
Execution of the Trade Marketing plans mono-group / mono-brand and excellent coordination with Sales Team and Customers
Recommendation, Planning, Execution and Reporting of the On Trade Plans
Strategy and activation:
Brand strategies’ development based on in depth market and client knowledge as well as recommendation of adjustments of central guidelines to local market and client’s specificities, input to the annual brand planning process in Iberia through hands-on in-market expertise on consumer and category developments to support the positive development of group of brands.
Marketing:
Lead the Brand building process to maximize distribution & visibility, increase rate of sales and implement Brand initiatives in the Trade like to POS or On Trade Actions; foster and broaden customer relationships with the objective of strengthening position of the company and the assigned group of Brands.
Focus on accurate plans (toolkits) for the on trade channel.
Team leader:
Lead a team of two people
Empower the team to achieve the assigned group brands objectives
Aligning the team to the organizational sales goals
Monitoring execution of the team
Reporting:
Regular monitoring and reporting functions in areas of A&P spending, consumer pricing, project execution reports, sales, monthly performance tracking, etc.
What are the necessary requirements?
Minimum three years working experience in brand management roles with strong track record of close cooperation with sales teams in Digital projects, Trade Marketing, PR and Events management.
Knowledge of the Premium Wines&Spirits industry is very favorable.
Business planning skills; ability to analyse, plan, organise, execute and evaluate projects independently.
In trade activities, execution and planning (toolkits for the Sales Teams).
To cooperate with sales team to achieve results; able to convince sales people to implement preferred projects but also able to exchange knowledge and ideas in a constructive way.
Spanish and English is a must.
Availability to travel to supervisize brand events and activations or also do market visits with Sales Team.
