    🏗️ First monopile finished for our East Anglia Three #offshorewind farm!  Navantia Seanergies and Windar Renovables have completed the first monopile, 84 metres in length, 10.5 metres in diameter and weighs 1,800 tonnes. 🌊 This ScottishPower #windfarm will produce enough clean energy for 1.3 million families once it is commissioned in 2026.     🙏 Happy to see the first commercial-scale offshore wind project in the U.S. in which we are taking part is now powering 64.000 homes! 🏠 Vineyard Wind In total, Windar Renovables will process over 30,000 tons of steel into 62 transition pieces. These units will each have a diameter of 8 meters with a maximum length of 25 meters. Expected to become fully operational in 2024, the project will: 🚗 Cut carbon emissions by 1.6M tons yearly 🏡 Produce enough power to energize 400,000 homes and businesses in MA. ⚡️Generate a capacity of 806 MW Good to see all the developments! 🔝

    Vineyard Wind 1 is now the largest operating offshore wind project in the United States! With 10 turbines in operation, the project is now sending 136 megawatts of clean energy to the Massachusetts grid - enough to power 64,000 homes. 🏠💡 Once complete, our 62-turbine project will be the largest renewable energy facility in New England and power more than 400,000 homes.

    Yesterday we celebrated International Women in Engineering Day and we proudly take the time to highlight some of the incredibly talented women who are part of the Windar Renovables workforce, reminding everyone the importance of the inclusion in the wind sector.   Windar Renovables is continuosly working in creating new opportunities that promote the involvement of women in these sectors. Their diverse perspectives enrich industry and pave the way for the future of the built environment. 🚀   International Women in Engineering Day (INWED) is not only a global awareness campaign, emphasising the importance of innovation and diversity within this field. We also want to take this day as an opportunity to recognize and appreciate the diverse talents and achievements of our women engineers!     👉 19th Polish Wind Energy Association Conference PWEA 2024 Świnoujście, Poland PSEW2024 has concluded. 🏆 #PSEW2024 gathered over 2500 participants, resulting in hundreds of excellent meetings, inspiring conversations with business partners and friends, and a substantial amount of knowledge. 👍 With great pleasure, we had the opportunity to participate in two different talks (Windar Polska project & Windar Supply Chain) and share opinion on the challenges for the offshore market. 💙 BIG THANK YOU to The Polish Wind Energy Association👏 for the greatest organization and allowing us to squeeze as much as possible out these days with wonderful meetings! We are happy to had this pleasant time together with you. Can’t wait for next year! ✋

    🤝 Windar Renovables is excited to be participating today and tomorrow in the PWEA Conference not only in Poland but Central and Eastern Europe!! Organized by The Polish Wind Energy Association, the largest wind event in the country will take place this year: 📅 When: 4- 6 June 2024 📍 Where: Swinoujscie, Western Pomerania 📌 Today, 5 June, our Chief Commercial Officer, Nacho Rodriguez, will be presenting and discussing at the Speaker Zone our upcoming project in Szczecin Port to manufacture XXL Offshore Towers from 2026 and onwards. 🔹 On the other hand, Thursday 6 June, Jesús Soriano, Procurement Specialist in Windar Renovables team, will make a presentation referring to Poland facilities planned and the needs we will face from the manufacturing point of view, highlighting the companies and partners with which we will collaborate in order to solve the needs. ❗Don’t miss the chance to meet us there! We are looking forward to meet existing and new clients and partners, and learn more about the offshore wind developments in Poland. It is unmissable event for anyone interested in this part of Europe. ✅
