Las secciones de reservas en las webs de todos los hoteles de Meeting Point Hotels funcionan correctamente   Desde Meeting Point Hotels Management Canaries informamos que las secciones de reservas online de todos sus hoteles están en funcionamiento y se sigue aceptando reservas. En el caso de las marcas Lemon & Soul Hotels y Labranda Hotels & Resorts, el viernes 31 de mayo se vieron sometidas a inconvenientes técnicos y aunque en la actualidad aparece un mensaje relacionado con la situación actual de FTI Touristik GmbH, se está trabajando intensamente para restaurar la funcionalidad completa de las webs. Parte de estos esfuerzos se traduce en que la sección de reservas de todos los hoteles de Canarias se mantiene en pleno funcionamiento, como es el caso del hotel en Tenerife Labranda Suites Costa Adeje. Estos problemas no afectan a las marcas Design Plus ni tampoco a los hoteles Meeting Point Managed Hotels cuyas webs siguen en marcha, como es el caso del hotel BEX ubicado en Las Palmas de Gran Canaria o Club Caleta Dorada en la isla de Fuerteventura. Los equipos técnicos de Meeting Point Hotels están trabajando para restaurar todas las secciones de las webs afectadas y confiamos que en unos días vuelvan a estar operativas y en pleno rendimiento. Mientras tanto, desde las redes sociales de estos hoteles se ha compartido en la sección de “Bio” los links que llevan a la parte de reservas. _____ The reservation sections on the websites of all Meeting Point Hotels are functioning properly Meeting Point Hotels Management Canaries would like to inform that the online reservation sections of all its hotels are working and accepting bookings. On Friday, May 31, the Lemon & Soul Hotels and Labranda Hotels & Resorts brands experienced technical issues. Although a message related to the current situation of FTI Touristik GmbH appears on their websites, efforts are being made to restore full functionality. The reservation section of all the hotels in the Canary Islands, including the Labranda Suites Costa Adeje hotel in Tenerife, remains fully operational despite the technical issues experienced by the aforementioned brands. Fortunately, the technical problems do not affect the Design Plus brands nor the Meeting Point Managed Hotels, whose websites are fully operational. Notably, the BEX hotel in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Club Caleta Dorada in Fuerteventura are functioning without any issues. Our technical teams are working diligently to restore all sections of the affected websites. It is expected that full functionality will be restored in the coming days. Meanwhile, the social media channels of these hotels contain links to the booking sections on the “Bio” profile.
