WORK SUPERVISION ☝️ Once all the design, procurement and licensing work has been completed, the construction phase of the project begins. The supervision and monitoring of the works by the same team that drafted the project is key. 👷 Through the project managers, an execution manager or construction manager is assigned to supervise that all the works are carried out in accordance with the project. 💬 This manager is the interlocutor with the client who coordinates the entire team of professionals who know the peculiarities of the project and the level of detail required. Thanks to this involvement and knowledge, he or she can offer an alternative solution as quickly as possible in the event of unforeseen circumstances. ⭐ Our execution or construction managers are the project leaders and ensure that the instructions, standards, deadlines and costs of the project are in line with the established schedule. #GrupIdea #construction #architecture #engineering #MEP #ProjectManagement

Last month our Design and Marketing Director, Miquel Àngel Julià Hierro, Concept Architect had the pleasure of attending as a participant to an event organized by Ideal Work| Superficies decorativas de cemento which selected and invited the 50 best architects of Catalonia at the Switch building of SIMON in Barcelona. The event "The Best for de Best" revolved around the architecture that is yet to come. They were brought together in the space called "La Casa de la Llum" to discuss current issues related to the new policies that are approaching at the European scene with the New European Bauhaus and the New Urban Agenda. The professionals debated how to face the changes that these keys will bring to our cities and in our architecture and how we should implement them. Miquel Ángel was able to present and explain 'The Next', community of experts of which he is curator at Bernadí Hub. In addition to sharing ideas and future impacts, there was the opportunity to take a guided tour of the space renovated by b720 Fermin Vazquez Arquitectos with the architect Peco Mulet. The day was followed by a Networking Dinner in the outdoor space of the building. During the visit, they showed us their incredible facilities and a wide variety of ceramic samples with an exhaustive explanation of the products they work with. 😊 Once again this year the Grup Idea team enjoyed a great day of Teambuilding with the Abessis team in Delta del Ebro, a perfect place to disconnect and strengthen ties. 💪The main activity of our day was a game of paintball. Equipped with everything we needed, we divided into teams and immersed ourselves in a competition full of adrenaline and fun.  🥰Thanks to everyone who participated and contributed to making this event a success, we are looking forward to our next adventure together! 📢We are pleased to share an interesting article from diarioDESIGN about the future of Retail Design, discussed at the event "Retail and Facility: Managing Dreams"! The event organised by the Retail Design Institute Spain and with the collaboration of the Design Institute of Spain (D!OS) and ESdesign Escuela Superior de Diseño de Barcelona was held at the Bernadí Hub space. The Board of RDI Spain is formed by Dra. María Callís Bañeres, specialist in Phygital Retail Strategy & Design; Miguel Cánovas, architect and partner of CuldeSac™ studio; Gisela Steiger, founder of Autentico Architectural & Engineering Lighting Design and lighting specialist; and Miquel Àngel Julià Hierro, Concept Architect, partner and marketing design director at Grup Idea, Imagine Design Build. Leading experts analysed the latest trends and strategies in the design of commercial spaces. We had the opportunity to listen as moderators to María Callís and Felip Neri Gordi as an expert in Facility Management. As participants we had professionals from brand models such as Jose Luis Yenes, Store Manager at Leroy Merlin - España; María González Recio, Concept Leader at Decathlon Spain; Hernán Camps ツ, owner of the Tascón shoe chain; and Mario Ramon Ferré, materials engineer and sustainability expert at SERVICIO ESTACIÓN, S.A.. Other guests included Lisardo Mendo, professor at Esdesign; Jaume Guillén, pharmacist and Ignasi Morató, architect, retail designer and artist, who exhibited his artistic work at the event.
