2024 call for entries

The submission period for documentaries and music documentary short films for the upcoming edition of the festival, taking place from October 23rd to November 3rd in Barcelona, is now open. The deadline for submissions is July 12th.

We would like to remind you that submitting to the international call for entries of In-Edit Barcelona allows your documentary to be considered for selection by the other festivals in our international In-Edit network: this year we have confirmed editions in Chile, Brazil, Greece, and Venezuela.

For those of you submitting a short film, it may interest you to know that In-Edit Barcelona is part of the qualifying festivals for the 2025 Goya Awards with our OFFICIAL NATIONAL SECTION OF MUSIC DOCUMENTARY SHORT FILM. You can find more information in the festival guidelines.
