Boy rescued after falling into water in E China

In a wetland park in east China's Anhui Province, a child playing near the water accidentally fell in and was swept into a culvert. Four passersby quickly jumped into action, rescuing the child and bringing him to safety. Thanks to their swift response, the child was unharmed.
