Scholarship Details:

• Eligibility: Open to current high school seniors, students participating in the RISE program, and Elevate Phoenix alumni.
• Award Amount: Up to $2,500 per semester, awarded based on financial need.
Renewal: Eligible students can reapply each semester for committee review.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be a dependent of the applicant, aged 25 or under.
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 (or equivalent). Provide recent grade transcripts with your application.
• Scholarship funds will be disbursed directly to your educational institution (policy requirement). Funds can be used for tuition, housing, books, meal plans, parking, and other approved educational expenses.
• The scholarship covers a variety of educational paths, including community college, technical programs, undergraduate, and graduate degrees.
• Scholarship recipients will be required to provide disbursement details, including the institution’s contact information and a breakdown of how the funds will be used.
• To maintain eligibility, recipients must reapply each semester and complete 20 hours of community service.
