Unicare is hiring : (((((Senior Account Manager \ C.S)))))) : Job Role: This is a full-time on-site Senior Account Manager role located in Giza. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts within the organization and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Senior Account Manager will also be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients, handling any client concerns, managing account renewals, and identifying new business opportunities. -responsible for managing a customer's account within a business. -Their responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, preparing sales reports, answering client queries, and identifying new business opportunities among existing customers. - Account managers act as client advocates and work with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. -They are often more interested in the client satisfaction aspect of a business relationship than explicitly trying to generate sales. -Account managers should highlight technical and soft skills, credentials, and work experience that matter most to an employer in their target field. Qualifications: -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Proven experience in medical insurance companies as an Account Manager. -Pharmacists with Account Managing experience are preferable. -Ability to manage multiple accounts -Customer-centric approach to account management -Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams -Experience in sales or account management -Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. -Experience in the healthcare industry is a must. -Must has a Car.
