As a mentor at Prototron my role is to review the applications by startups and give points based on certain criteria. When TOP40 is selected then during one day all startups can get a 30 minutes mentorship, all kind of skills are represented (legal, technology, growth, team, etc). My focus is on customer validation, research, problem-solution-market fit areas. I help as much I can also in AI (Artificial Intelligence) and customer experience field.

Volunteer at Hea Teeninduse Kuu (Good Customer Service Month) as a member of the jury. My role was to evaluate and give feedback to participants who answered an online challenge during a week. Based on the online challenge the best candidates were selected to the Best Customer Service Day where TOP 3 was selected.
