Contact/Request

We have recently incorporated the use of a new database, Accommodate, to log all contact with our office.

The Disability Equity Office has transitioned to Accommodate, a software database management system, utilized to handle requests for:

  • Consultation for anything disability and accessibility related such as: general question for the ADA Coordinator, event accessibility questions, job description assistance, staff accommodation questions, accessibility building walk-throughs, and/or architectural reviews
  • Employees workplace accommodations
  • Digital accessibility reviews
  • Event accommodations, including ASL and CART
  • Paratransit (for employees, visitors, and guests)
  • Parking accommodations for accessible spaces
  • Stadium seatback accommodations for community members
