JEFFERSON CITY, MO, FEB. 16, 2022 – Backcountry campsites at Hawn State Park will be available for advance and same-day reservations through the Missouri State Parks online reservation system beginning Tuesday, March 1. Visitors can experience backcountry camping along the Whispering Pine Trail loops and White Connector 3 in a designated campsite.
When making a reservation online at icampmo.com, the visitor can view campsites to determine availability and location with an easy-to-use map and the ability to see multiple photos for each site.
The nightly rate per campsite is $10 and the standard reservation, cancellation and modification policy for campsites applies. Same-day reservations are allowed, if inventory is available, without the reservation fee.
Campers can reserve their backcountry campsite in advance by:
- Visiting icampmo.com and making a reservation with a customer account.
- Or by calling the reservation call center at 1-877-422-6766 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. CST daily.
Hawn State Park is located at 12096 Park Dr. in Ste. Genevieve.
