Outdoor offerings include plentiful whitetail deer, Rio Grande turkey, dove and bobwhite quail. The brokerage firm for the listing, Hall and Hall, said the property contains some of the state’s largest-scoring native whitetail deer.
The headwaters of Foyle Creek and Fish Creek rest within the property boundaries and the acreage has its own onsite electricity and water. It also has an active oil and gas lease.
