25min · 6 servings Recipe • 4 large eggs • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder • 2 Tbsp instant espresso powder • ⅓ cup all-purpose flour • ½ teaspoon kosher salt • 1 ¾ sticks unsalted butter, melted • ⅓ cup Nutella • 2 tsp vanilla • 4 ounces chopped chocolate • I’m a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar on medium-high speed for 3-4 minutes. • Add the cocoa powder, espresso, flour, and salt. Mix until just combined. • Turn the mixer to low, and slowly pour in the melted, cooled butter and Nutella. Don’t over-mix. Gently fold in the chocolate pieces. • Pour the batter into a skillet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 min or until the brownie is puffed on top but still wiggly in the center. Note: The longer the brownie bakes, the more set the center will be.
