DMRZ provides a cloud-based do-it-yourself billing software solution to other healthcare providers and supports its customers in the reimbursement of prescriptions with the SHIs in Germany. Earlier in April, we had the pleasure of hosting our annual general meeting with our investors in Copenhagen. We gave an update on our successful fundraising, the performance of the different funds and current deal flow. Furthermore, our compliance manager, Marie Hougaard, presented our ESG work, and the improvements made since last year. Additionally, the event included insightful presentations by speakers from three of our portfolio companies: Continia Software, Struct PIM and IT Forum Gruppen A/S. Each speaker delivered introductions to their organisations and described their growth journeys and exciting path ahead. A notable highlight was the introduction of WeKomply, a newly formed group comprising individual companies within compliance software. The CEOs of each company presented their organisation, growth ambitions and outlined potential group synergies. A big thanks to all of our speakers and investors who joined us on this day. It was a day filled with good discussions and knowledge sharing and we look forward to next year’s event!
