We reached for the (Maritime) Stars - and won! 🎉 A few days ago, Kanda had the chance to compete for a place in the ‘Maritime Stars’ program and was selected among 40 applicants companies to pitch our innovative products and offerings to the industry. After a close race in the pitch competition, Kanda was selected as one of Denmark's five best maritime startups and awarded a seat in the attractive Maritime Starts Accelerator course. 🔧 During the next seven months, Kanda will participate in an intensive accelerator program and receive assistance from the industry's large, established maritime companies to further develop our innovative digital simulators and virtual training.    Maritime Stars is supported by Den Danske Maritime Fond, and is carried out in collaboration between Danske Maritime (Danish Maritime) and Erhvervshus Nordjylland. Profound Polish Peaks at #PSEW2024 🇵🇱 The past two days, we have had a fantastic time at the Polish Wind Energy Association Conference  - the largest industry event in Poland and Eastern Europe dedicated to wind energy. 💨🌍 First of all, congratulations to Kamil Kielek on his new Global Director of Training position at European Wind Academy. On his second day at work, we were happy to demonstrate our GWO Lift User course in VR. Based on his enthusiasm, we trust that European Wind Academy will drive the energy transition forward even faster with our cutting-edge training solution. 🚀🎉 It was a pleasure for our Chief Commercial Officer, Lene Thirup to support European Wind Academy at their booth and demonstrate how VR training can enhance safety and efficiency in the wind industry. RelyOn Nutec (Poland) Joins Kanda for Exciting Training! 🌟 Our team recently traveled to Poland to deliver a comprehensive Train the Trainer program with RelyOn Nutec, our second training provider in Poland. This marks the third RelyOn Nutec location globally to collaborate with us, located near the beautiful city of Gdansk.🌍 Over the course of two days, we conducted intensive training sessions with three dedicated instructors from RelyOn Nutec. The primary focus was on our GWO Lift User course, but we also got to show them the Slinger Signaller course. 🔗 During the breaks, we had the chance of trying on safety equipment! It was a great way to see firsthand the importance of safety protocols and measures – and we looked pretty cool doing it too! 🦺👷♂️ A huge thanks to the dedicated instructors and the volunteers from the site who made this training possible. We are excited to see the positive impact of this training as RelyOn Nutec continues to enhance their safety and training standards. 🚀🌟

Kanda expands GWO Training at NMCI in Ireland 💫 The National Maritime College of Ireland (NMCI) in beautiful Cork is enhancing offshore safety standards by offering comprehensive GWO training. Now they have decided to expand the portfolio with Kanda’s GWO Lift User and Slinger Signaller course in virtual reality. Our Customer Success Manager, Franz Ejskjaer, has just completed our Train the Trainer with three experienced instructors from NMCI to ensure that their future trainees will get the essential skills and knowledge for safe operations in the wind energy sector 🔗💥 NMCI, welcome to the Kanda community of virtual GWO Training. This initiative underscores Ireland's commitment to advancing renewable energy and maintaining high safety standards in the wind industry.❤️
