Happy to announce that Gurit has acquired the remaining 40% of Fiberline Composites A/S, which makes us a wholly owned subsidiary of Gurit as of today. Combined, we have a global footprint manufacturing a portfolio covering ~55% of direct materials for wind turbine blades and an advanced tooling division producing blade moulds and equipment for all major global wind turbine manufacturers. A solid foundation to build upon our strategic partnerships with wind turbine- and blade manufacturers in the wind industry, and to continue to develop the solutions of tomorrow.
