When I try to add my cinema ticket to Apple Wallet I get a message that says Pass Creation Error : Cannot find folder configuration for this pass

Hi, I am using Chrome as my web browser. I purchased the tickets on the cinema website and it had a link that said "Download to Apple Wallet" but when I press the link I get the following error message:
Pass Creation Error : Cannot find folder configuration for this pass

Are you adding the tickets to your Wallet app using the ticket issuer’s mobile app or website?
I have tried adding it both ways. I have tried to add it from the cinemas website confirmation. I have tried to add it from my email confirmation. Neither has worked.
What is the exact error message? Are you using Safari or Chrome as your web browser?
Sorry, my mistake, I am using Safari as my web browser - not Chrome. iPad Air.
The website is configured incorrectly. Try using Chrome, it’s free. Many web designers are more familiar with Chrome than Safari and it may be configured properly.
