Apple TV (A1625) Blinking and showing apple logo for a second and then just blinking

Apple TV (A1625) Blinking and showing apple logo for a second and then just blinkingApple TV (A1625) Blinking and showing apple logo for a second and then just blinking.This happened during a firmware update and the lights suddenly turned off during a thunderstorm. I tried to use my remote and buttons combination but it wont worked for me. Also Itunes on my PC wont recognize it. Please help

Unplug the device from it's power source for 2-3 minutes, then plug it in and retry. If you still don't have any luck then take it to your local Apple Store or independent Apple Authorized Service Provider and then can assist.

Unfortunately this is not worked for me, but my AppleTV is now blinking fast and recognizing the remote but still the same. Is there any other options that could I try?
