Hi, I’ve been trying to redeem Apple TV+ through Barclays blue rewards. It just says “Sorry, this isn’t working right now.” Error code - MR014.
Any idea what’s wrong, or if I need to change some settings.
Did you do as described on this page? How to redeem Apple TV+ - Included with Blue Rewards and Premier - Barclays (UK). Did you have a valid, activated Apple ID ready, with all requested user information added to it, including a valid payment method?
While Apple Support may know about the promotion, they won’t be able to edit anything on Barclays administration for this. Contact Barclays for issues with their site or app, including the redeem process part.
Once redeemed successfully, Apple Support can assist with any access issues that you might face.
