Billie Eilish and Finneas O’Connell may have won two Oscars together, but above all, they are brother and sister.

On Tuesday’s episode of Hot Ones Versus, the star siblings were prompted to rehash their “biggest argument” while working on their latest album Hit Me Hard and Soft. Finneas let up a lighthearted confession, noting that he “put [his] feet up on the desk a lot.”

Eilish confirmed that her brother is “a lot of times barefoot” and “a lot of times in very filthy shoes,” as she proceeded to demonstrate what that looks like, with her legs extended across the table toward him.

“And my face is like right there,” she explained. “And actually we filmed so much in making the album that almost all the footage is his feet and then me.”

Ultimately O’Connell cited their “longest, biggest argument” as taking place “during a period of transition in maybe both of [theor] lives where [they] were just trying to be kind of honest.”

“To give you credit, I was very much like high and mighty about like, ‘You’re not being honest or authentic enough,’ and you were coming up with such beautiful melodies and cool cadences, that like then by the time we had full lyrics, everything else was done,” he told Eilish. “So I learned a lot from being too egocentric in that process.”

Eilish replied, “Aww, love that.”

Ahead of the album’s May 17 release, their single “Birds of a Feather” was featured in Netflix‘s Heartstopper Season 3 teaser, which revealed that the show’s third installment will arrive on Oct. 3. The two have won two Oscars together for their songs “No Time To Die” (No Time To Die) and “What Was I Made For?,” (Barbie), which O’Connell deemed his favorite of his sister’s songs.

“There’s such a tender, heartbreaking thing about that song. I have such a fond memory of writing it, we got to like perform it for that whole year,” he recalled. “And it got us into Barbie entourage, which was like such a fun entourage to be a part of, they were all like such cool, nice people.”
