Jason Priestley Dishes On Smelly Former Roommate Brad Pitt On ‘Live With Kelly And Mark’: “He Could Go A Long Time Without Showering”

During his appearance on Live with Kelly and Mark Tuesday morning (Jan. 16), Jason Priestley dished on his brief stint living with Brad Pitt when they were both aspiring young actors.

“There were three of us living in a two-bedroom apartment in a really crappy part of LA,” the 90210 star shared, per People.

Co-host Kelly Ripa quipped, “It’s a shame none of you ever made it,” ultimately deeming it “a lucky apartment.”

While delving further into how the Fight Club star was as a roommate, Priestley said that Pitt “wasn’t as bad as [his] other roommate, who was an absolute disaster.”

“Brad was ok,” he noted. “We used to play this game, all of us, to see who could go the longest without showering.

While Priestley admitted that he now reflects upon the game as “disgusting,” he identified Pitt to be the champ.

“Brad, always Brad,” he revealed. “I don’t think he does that anymore, but back then he could go a long time without showering.”

As for what occupied the shelves of their refrigerator, only one staple came to mind.

“Uh, beer!” he said, as he proceeded to laugh. “No, that’s about it.”

After fast forwarding to the present, Priestley said that his kids do indeed “know about” the show that made him a star.

“My daughter, for a while, wanted to watch episodes of the show,” he said, “but only wanted to watch them with me so she could make fun of me. My flip phone, my mom jeans, you know, all that stuff. She thought it was hilarious.”

However, he claimed that he doesn’t get recognized by his kids’ classmates.

“Not really, because I kind of look like Brandon’s dad now,” he joked.
