Ten years after the release of his song “Villuminati,” J. Cole met the original Topanga. But it’s Danielle Fishel who was the most excited!

The Boy Meets World star posted a video on Instagram Monday (Sept. 25) of her meet-up with J. Cole after his performance at the iHeartRadio Music Festival on Friday night (Sept. 22).

In the video, Fishel is shown walking in the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas when someone said to her, “Danielle, I think J.Cole’s coming.”

Fishel gasps and exclaims, “It is J. Cole! Yes!”

She then approaches the Grammy award-winning rapper and tells him, “I have to say hi to you!”

“I went and saw your show in L.A. and I thought that you were just unbelievable!” she says as she hugs him. “I’m such a big fan.”

“Me too, likewise,” J. Cole replies.

Fishel thanks him and the two part ways as the camera pans to reveal Fishel still beaming as she says, “J. Cole!”

Viewers can also spot her Boy Meets World co-star Will Friedle and her husband Jensen Karp in the video.

The caption of Fishel’s post reads, “Fangirled over @realcoleworld. Can you blame me?”

Fishel’s role in the 90s ABC sitcom inspired a line in J. Cole’s song “Villuminati,” in which he raps, “Boy Meets World/ I’m tryna find a new Topanga.”

Fans flooded the post with comments, including “your fangirling is the cutest thing” and “Girl meets (Cole) World 🌎.”

Fishel, who attended last weekend’s music festival with her Pod Meets World podcast co-hosts Friedle and Rider Strong, told People that she feared the creation of their podcast would “ruin the show.”

“We don’t want our criticisms or our critiques or our experiences to in any way change what your opinion of the show is,” she told the outlet. “They’re just our honest opinions, and we can’t do it if we’re not going to be honest.”

Pod Meets World is available on all major podcast streaming services. Boy Meets World is streaming on Disney+.
