Chrisley Knows Best stars Todd Chrisley and Julie Chrisley have both gotten their prison sentences shortened a year after they were convicted of defrauding banks of over $30 million.

According to Insider, Todd’s release date from the FPC Pensacola is now scheduled for Jan. 22, 2033, almost two years earlier than the 12 years he was previously sentenced to.

Julie’s release from FMC Lexington was also moved up to Oct. 19, 2028, a little over a year shorter than the seven years she was sentenced.

The couple was convicted in June 2022 for bank fraud, tax evasion and conspiring to defraud the IRS. Julie was also convicted on charges of wire fraud and obstruction of justice.

The bombshell court case showed that the Chrisleys submitted fake documents indicating that they had more wealth than they actually did so they could secure $30 million in loans from banks, which they spent on luxury cars and expensive trips.

Recent reports from their daughter, Savannah Chrisley, and their attorney claimed the reality stars were struggling with life in prison.

Todd’s attorney told TMZ earlier this summer that his facility was “plagued by bad plumbing, possible mold, and no A.C. to help combat the brutal heat.”

Savannah echoed similar claims, revealing the couple were kept in “100-degree heat” because they “have no air conditioning.” She also claimed “the prison is padlocking the ice machines just to retaliate against the inmates.”

She also added that her parents were offered a plea deal, but said, “They turned it down, because they are not going to say something they haven’t done.”

Despite Todd and Julie facing at least five more years in prison, the Chrisleys have already secured a new family reality show. According to early reports, the show, which is still in development, “will see the kids and Todd Chrisley’s mother pick up their lives after their parents were locked up.”

“The time was right to share our story and we couldn’t have found better partners in Scout Productions. Their ability to balance popular culture and empathy through authentic storytelling is unrivaled and I know they’re going to find the right home for this next chapter of our lives,” Savannah said in a statement. “We’re so happy to be back.”

This will be the family’s third reality series after they rose to prominence on Chrisley Knows Best and Growing Up Chrisley.

The USA Network canceled both series after Todd and Julie were sentenced to prison.
