It looks like the Ollie Trolley made a stop at the local Sheriff’s office. Mitchel Musso, the actor best known for his role as Oliver Oken in Hannah Montana, was arrested over the weekend for public intoxication and theft.

Authorities arrested the former Disney Channel star, who rose to fame on the hit series alongside Miley Cyrus, on Saturday night (Aug. 26) at a hotel in Rockwall, Texas. According to a statement provided to Fox News, Musso “appeared to be intoxicated” when he entered a food market inside the hotel, “selected a bag of chips and began eating them.”

“When the subject was asked to pay for them, he became verbally abusive and left without rendering payment,” the statement added.

An investigation outside of the hotel determined that the Phineas and Ferb voice actor allegedly “demonstrated signs of intoxication.” Moreover, a routine records check reportedly revealed that he had a number of “outstanding traffic warrants.”

He was ultimately taken into custody at the Rockwall County Detention Center and charged with “public intoxication, theft under $100, expired registration, failure to display a driver’s license and violation of a promise to appear notice,” according to Page Six.

Musso — who appeared upset in his mugshot — spent the night behind bars before getting released late Sunday afternoon (Aug. 27) on a $1,000 bond.

This isn’t the first time the Life is Ruff star has run into trouble with the law. In 2011 — when he was only 20 years old — he was charged with driving under the influence after he failed to slow down for traffic police in Burbank, California. As a result of a plea deal, he was sentenced to 36 months of informal probation, required to attend alcohol education classes and paid a fine.

Following the incident, his character on Disney XD’s Pair of Kings was written off and PrankStars, the Disney show he hosted, was canceled.

“In becoming an adult, I have learned firsthand that stepping up and taking responsibility is the best way to move forward,” he wrote in a statement to E! News at the time. “I am especially thankful to my family and fans for their unwavering support and encouragement. I am glad to now put this in the past.”
