Courtney Cox might be more similar to her Friends character Monica than we previously thought.
In a new joke reel posted to Instagram, Cox spoofed the NBC sitcom by revealing a “secret closet” in her home filled with junk, just like Monica had on the show.
In the video, the 59-year-old actress attempts to show off her newly renovated dining room, but her creative director Max Goodrich, who’s filming, finds the room full of junk instead.
The actress tries to block him from seeing it, snatching the camera away and demanding that Goodrich “erase the footage now.”
Also heard playing in the background is the theme from Sanford and Son.
“Come on…we all have one,” she captioned the clip. “#secretcloset #monica.”
Fans of the show will recognize the storyline from Season 8, Episode 14, “The One With the Secret Closet,” where Chandler (Matthew Perry) finds out that Monica isn’t quite as organized as she has implied to everyone.
