Lizzo Plans To Sue Backup Dancers After New Photos Show Them “Happily Cavorting Backstage” At Paris Topless Show, Claims It Disproves They Were Pressured To Participate In Adult After-Parties

Lizzo is reportedly planning to sue her former backup dancers after they resolve the explosive lawsuit the trio filed against her earlier this month.

According to TMZ, celebrity attorney Marty Singer, who previously represented Bill Cosby, revealed they now have “substantial evidence” that “prove the glaring contradictions between what the plaintiffs claim in their bogus lawsuit and what is actually proven by the facts.”

This evidence includes photos that show the former backup dancers who filed the lawsuit – Arianna Davis, Crystal Williams, and Noelle Rodriguez – “happily cavorting backstage” at a Paris club with the performers of a topless cabaret show. Singer claims the images contradicts the claims they made in the lawsuit, which included that they unknowingly attended a topless performance in Paris under Lizzo’s request and were pressured to participate in an after party with adult performers in Amsterdam.

At the after party, the lawsuit alleges Lizzo “began inviting cast members to take turns touching the nude performers, catching dildos launched from the performers’ vaginas, and eating bananas protruding from the performers’ vaginas.”

The photos were allegedly taken a month after the after party was held.

The dancers’ attorney, Neama Rahmani, told TMZ, “Of course, they wanted to keep their jobs. They had bills to pay just like everyone else but they finally had enough of the abuse. We stand by every claim in the lawsuit and look forward to trial.”

She also stated other former employees of the singer are “sharing similar stories” to the claims made in the lawsuit.

The attorney also pointed to a recent story from the Los Angeles Times, which claims the singer’s HBO documentary used intimate footage of her backup dancers from their preparation for the 2019 Video Music Awards without their knowledge or consent. The report claims one of the dancers hired an attorney to escalate their claims, after which the dancers released their rights and were finally paid for their appearances in the documentary.

Rahmani stated this displayed “even more of a pattern of just how much Lizzo thinks of those who work for her. Clearly, not very much.”

Lizzo’s attorney doubled down on his claims to TMZ, mentioning that the three backup dancers who filed the lawsuit chose to return for the third leg of the tour after the Paris show.

Singer called the lawsuit a “sham” and stated Lizzo plans to sue for malicious prosecution “after she wins.”
