Ahsoka‘s premiere on Disney+ is the Star Wars event of 2023, and it’s almost here. Set five years after the events of Return of the Jedi, Ahsoka picks up with the fan-favorite ex-Jedi on a quest to stop the Empire from rising up again. Her mission: find the long-lost Imperial grand admiral Thrawn before the Imperial Remnants do. That task is easier said than done, and Ahsoka’s going to have to come to terms with her past, present, and future — and that includes all of the people contained therein — if she’s gonna stop war from breaking out. Ahsoka will debut with a two-episode premiere. Following that, chapters of this adventure will be released on a weekly schedule with one episode per week beginning with Episode 3 on August 29.
