How Many Episodes Are In The Idol Season 1?

There are five episodes in the first season of The Idol. Some outlets may be reporting that there are six episodes, but HBO has described it in a press release to Decider as a “five-episode season” and confirmed that the Season 1 finale will debut on July 2. That would be five episodes. Five.

What Time Will The Idol Premiere On HBO and Max?

The season premiere of The Idol “Pop Tarts and Rat Tails” airs tonight (June 4) from 9:00-10:00 p.m. ET on HBO and Max. Encore presentations begin at 10 p.m. ET and 11 p.m. ET.
