Jonathan Majors’ abuse allegations are growing as multiple alleged abuse victims have come forward following his arrest in March.

According to Variety, these alleged victims are cooperating with the Manhattan D.A.’s office.

In a statement obtained by Variety, Majors’ attorney Priya Chaudhry said, “Jonathan Majors is innocent and has not abused anyone. We have provided irrefutable evidence to the District Attorney that the charges are false. We are confident that he will be fully exonerated.”

The actor is currently being charged with assault, attempted assault, harassment and aggravated harassment following an altercation with a 30-year-old woman. He is set to appear in court on May 8.

Last month, Majors was arrested in New York City after an incident with the woman, who is said to be his girlfriend. The victim was taken to the hospital with visible injuries from the altercation, including a laceration behind her ear and marks on her face.

Earlier this week, it was reported that Majors is still in Marvel’s good graces, despite being dropped by his talent manager and public relations manager. He also lost his ticket to this year’s Met Gala via fashion house Valentino following the domestic violence incident.

Majors had his debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Kang the Conqueror in 2023’s Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. The actor’s popularity had been steadily growing since his breakthrough role in the 2019 movie The Last Black Man in San Francisco

Majors’ filmography also includes Da 5 Bloods, Lovecraft Country, The Harder They Fall and Devotion. His latest movie, Magazine Dreams, will be released in December following its well-received premiere at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival.
