Is Rihanna Pregnant Again? Baby #2 Confirmed After Super Bowl 2023 Halftime Performance Sparks Furious Speculation Online

Update, 9:31pm ET: Yep, she’s pregnant! A representative for Rihanna confirmed to THR that baby number two is on the way. Original story follows…

Move over, Keke Palmer! Rihanna has quite possibly made the most dramatic baby reveal of all time. While the “Diamonds” singer didn’t confirm whether she was expecting during her Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime Show performance at the 2023 Super Bowl, fans couldn’t help but tell that her midsection was looking round and her hands kept gravitating towards her stomach.

Unfortunately, Rihanna’s return to the stage didn’t feature new songs or any special guests, but she easily commanded the crowd with her seasoned vocals and throwback hits.

The singer opened with her 2014 hit “Bitch Better Have My Money” and went on to sing a series of songs from her catalog, including “What’s My Name,” “Only Girl (In the World),” and “We Found Love.”

Rihanna kept it simple with no stunts and minimal choreography; however, she wooed in a red half-zipped jumpsuit and with raising stage platforms. While nobody was left disappointed, some are definitely confused about whether she is pregnant. The singer had her first child, shared with ASAP Rocky, last May.

“ok so everyone just googled ‘rihanna pregnant’ right,” joked writer David Mack.

“How many seconds into the half time show did someone at your Super Bowl party politely ask if Rihanna is pregnant,” asked one viewer.

Although, some are also realizing that the news may bring joy to the lovestruck couple, but also poses a threat to those anticipating new music. “Me realizing Rihanna is pregnant again, and we’re never getting another album,” tweeted a concerned fan.

Makeup artist Patrick Starr wrote, “So, Rihanna is pregnant which means we’ll never get new music.”

While the superstar left her audience with divisive feelings about her suspected news, she sure put on a show – one that people will be talking about for years to come. She clearly hasn’t missed a step since her last studio, Anti, in 2016.
