The ‘Glass Onion’ House Is Now On Zillow For The Low, Low Price of $450 Million — But There’s A Catch

Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery is making waves on Netflix, Twitter, and now…Zillow.

The highly anticipated sequel to Rian Johnson’s 2019 murder mystery Knives Out premiered on the streaming platform on December 23 after a week-long run in theaters, and thanks to a creative marketing move on Netflix’s part, the lavish Greek isle commune where the majority of Glass Onion is set is currently listed on Zillow for a whopping $450 million. Halle Berry! That’s a lot of cash!

Per the listing, Miles Bron’s (Edward Norton) massive mansion on a private Greek island features 17 bedrooms, 22 bathrooms, six pools, a gym, and a private beach. The 29,000 square feet listing also has central air and heating, one rooftop parking space, several gardens, and has received 365,000,002 saves in its five days on Zillow. Pretty impressive.

“Breathtaking panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and Peloponnese await you at this private island oasis designed and curated by Alpha Industries founder Miles Bron. Sleek architecture and sophisticated design with an equal eye toward nature and extravagance provide an unparalleled luxury living experience accessible only by boat and crowned by a Glass Onion atrium – an architectural triumph and one-of-a-kind piece-de-resistance adorning the main residence soaring 20 meters high,” the listing reads. “Large scale sculptures adorn the grounds, and the owners’ carefully curated and commissioned selection of high-end art including works by Banksy and Francis Bacon make this a truly priceless acquisition.”

If you long to drop some serious dollars and host your own murder mystery party at the Greek isle commune from the film, we have some bad news. As noted earlier, this listing isn’t real. It’s a fun advertising collab between Netflix and Zillow to promote the film and engage fans. For starters, the property is listed as “Off Market.” But another major clue that this listing isn’t all it’s cracked up to be lies in the Listing Agent field. The agent, who has but a single star to his reputation, is Derol Zablinski, a hilariously chaotic character in the film played by returning Knives Out actor Noah Segan.

Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery was filmed at the Amanzoe, a luxury hotel near Porto Heli, Greece. And while you can’t stay at the location using this Zillow listing, you can get a better peek at the film set.
