‘You’ Season 4 Release Date Will Arrive Earlier Than Expected

Get ready to see Joe Goldberg slash professor Jonathan Moore back in action! You season 4 is coming – and earlier than expected.

Back in September, Netflix announced season 4 of the hit Penn Badgley show would be split into two parts, with part 1 arriving on February 10 2023 and part 2 being released a month later, on March 10. But on November 24, Thanksgiving day, Netflix gave fans a lot more to be grateful for with an “updated travel itinerary” of the new season on Twitter.

What are the New You Season 4 Release Dates?

Like a stalker who finds you when you least expect it, You, season 4, parts 1 and 2 will be released one day earlier. So the new release dates are the following:

  • You, season 4, part 1: February 9, 2023
  • You, season 4, part 2: March 9, 2023

In addition to the release dates, Netflix also gave fans a quick preview of what is to come with a new poster of the upcoming season, which shows Joe Goldberg, now as his new alter ego professor Jonathan Moore standing in the middle of a moving crowd in London with the phrase “Wherever you go, there you are” written at the very top. Needless to say, it looks like this season is going to be very different than what fans are used to.

It seems like this isn’t the only surprise You fans should be weary of. On November 17, Netflix dropped a video with different dates to watch out for with the series, with the first one being November 24. Now that we know what that announcement meant, it’s a bit unclear what will arrive on the next dates, with the video revealing December 1, 15, 18, 25 and 31 as important announcements of some kind.

Initially released in 2018 on Lifetime, You follows serial killer Joe Goldberg and the people he stalks and kills. It was later announced in July 2018 that season 2 would be released on Netflix, which had already moved season 1 of the series to its streaming platform. Since the move, the show has become a huge hit and season 3 and now 4 followed. You can binge watch seasons 1 to 3 of You on Netflix.
