WHY WE’RE CRUSHING: Brewster reprises her longtime Criminal Minds role as FBI Supervisory Special Agent Emily Prentiss in the brand new Paramount+ Original title Criminal Minds: Evolution, which premieres on the platform this Thursday, on November 24. The crime drama series is comprised of faces both fresh and familiar as it follows the FBI’s elite Behavior Analysis Unit (BAU) facing their biggest threat yet: a network of serial killers built up during the COVID-19 pandemic. As the world reopens after the worst of the virus, the deadly criminal network begins accumulating victims offline out in the world, forcing our ace team to hunt down the killers and get to the bottom of who is orchestrating this deadly effort and why.

WHERE YOU’VE SEEN HER BEFORE: Brewster’s professional onscreen career began in 1993 when she took on a variety of roles in sketch comedy series Strange America. Just a few years later, she was already taking her career to the next level with work in 1997 TV comedy film World on a String, 1998 drama film Let’s Talk About Sex, and beloved sitcom Friends, on which she played the recurring guest role of Kathy from 1997 to 1998.
