Is ‘Devotion’ Streaming on HBO Max or Netflix?

It looks like the hype didn’t stop at Top Gun: Maverick. We’re now getting an early holiday treat with yet another movie involving hot fighter pilots (and, thankfully, Glen Powell).

Devotion is a biographical drama that tells the true story of elite fighter pilots Jesse Brown (Jonathan Majors) and Tom Hudner (Powell) as they become the “Navy’s most celebrated wingmen” during the Korean War, according to the film’s logline. It also stars Joe Jonas and Daren Kagasoff.

Here’s everything we know about how, when, and where you can watch Devotion:

WHERE TO WATCH DEVOTION:

(UPDATED 1/17/23): Devotion is now available to rent or purchase on digital platforms like Vudu, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube or Apple, or available to stream on Paramount+. Read on for more information.

WHEN WILL DEVOTION BE ON NETFLIX?

Most likely, the film will not be coming to Netflix. This is a Paramount release, which means the movie will first land on Paramount+. (Not a Paramount+ subscriber? You can sign up for Paramount+ for as little as $4.99/month!) That said, Paramount often sells the secondary streaming rights to the highest bidder, so stay tuned to see if this movie will be coming to the streaming giant.

WILL DEVOTION BE ON HBO MAX?

No, Devotion will not be on HBO Max since it’s not a Warner Bros. movie. Last year, the company released its films in theaters and on the streamer the same day. However, they now have a 45-day window between theatrical and streaming releases.
