‘Love Is Blind’ Reveals Fate of One Couple: Where Are SK & Raven Now?

Since the moment it was revealed which couples on Love Is Blind Season 3 would begin a journey towards the altar, viewers have been dying to know who actually goes through with it and gets married. Now, a week before the Season 3 finale even hits Netflix, we know about the fate of one of the five couples.

Spoilers ahead, obviously!

There were five couples intact going into this week’s batch of episodes: Zanab and Cole, Nancy and Bartise, Colleen and Matt, Alexa and Brennon, and Raven and SK. The fact that some of those couples are still standing is a bit of a shock considering that some of these guys just keep saying the absolute worst things at the absolute worst times. But as seen in the penultimate episode of Season 3, all five couples at least make it to their wedding day — and then we get the first ceremony and the first moment of truth. Let’s talk about Raven and SK.

Do Raven and SK get married in Love Is Blind Season 3?

Raven and SK’s wedding happens just ahead of the finale in Episode 10, and it gives us a definitive answer regarding SK and Raven’s future together. The answer? There is no future for them, not as a couple at least. Instead of saying “I do,” SK says “I do not.”

This comes as a shock to Raven, and especially to SK’s mother. Jaws, they drop! Raven later reveals that she was going to say “I do.” SK explained why he couldn’t go through with the marriage: “Today, Raven, we both know how we feel about each other. I love you. However, we have a very unique and complex set of circumstances. I feel like today is not the best time for us to do this.”

Raven, trying to laugh and keep it upbeat while sobbing, takes a reverse trip down the aisle and says to the crowd, “I’m gonna go, like, fix my makeup. I love y’all. Bye.” And then she says, off-camera so who knows where she says it, “What’s wrong with me? I never want to have another wedding.”

In a post-non-wedding interview, SK says that in addition to him going off to school, Raven’s inflexibility regarding moving to California and her family not coming to the ceremony played a big part in his decision to call off the wedding. SK’s mother Ade visited Raven to let her know that she loves her and wishes her son would’ve said “I do.”

Where are Raven and SK now?

As for where SK and Raven are now, they’ve moved on with their lives in separate directions. Raven told Decider that the ceremony happened a year and a half ago, and that she has actually been in contact with SK during that time.

SK is exactly where you think: he’s in school — and being on Love Is Blind while in grad school has not been easy.  “It’s been very surreal,” SK told Decider. “For a very long time I tried to be in denial [that the show would be released] and just thinking one day the day will come and now that it’s finally here… It’s very weird to see your life just unravel in front of you. I’ve also had a really, really crazy week in school during launch week, so it was happening right when I was in class giving presentations, or I had a paper due in 30 minutes and all of that.”

SK’s also trying to set boundaries with his classmates, people who are probably bingeing Season 3 right now. “I had to keep this away from my classmates for almost a year. Then the next day, people you sit next to in class every day see you and now you’re on Love Is Blind now. for them finding out for the very first time, it was very, very surprising. But one thing I’m begging them to do is just treat me normal. I’m still your classmate, we still have homework due, we’re still on group projects.”

Episode 10 ends on a cliffhanger, of course. After SK and Raven split at the altar, it’s Nancy and Bartise’s turn. Will they get married? And what about the other three couples? We have to wait until next Wednesday’s big Love Is Blind Season 3 finale to find out what happens next.
