It’s fair to say that I’ve watched a lot of Schitt’s Creek in my life. I mean… a lot. I once streamed the entire series to catalog the best jokes from each and every episode (worth it!), and in October of 2020 I published a detailed article ranking all of Alexis’ best “Davids.” Needless to say, I love Schitt’s Creek. But, sadly, Dan Levy’s beloved sitcom is leaving Netflix.

Ew, Netflix. Ew.

Premiering in January of 2015, the fish out of water comedy about a once wealthy family forced to relocate to a small town they purchased in jest eventually blossomed into a critical hit, with its final season sweeping all seven major comedy awards at the 2020 Emmys. Created by Dan and Eugene Levy, the feel-good series featured exceptional performances from Catherine O’Hara, Annie Murphy, Emily Hampshire, Noah Reid, and so many more talented actors.

If you have yet to experience the joy of Schitt’s Creek, you won’t regret watching this classic comedy. When exactly will Schitt’s Creek exit Netflix? Where can you watch Schitt’s Creek online? Here’s everything you need to know.
