It’s a been a while since we got a good, heartfelt romantic film, but that drought ended with the Netflix premiere of Purple Hearts. And it’s safe to say it has captured our hearts (purple, or otherwise). Starring Descendants actress Sofia Carson, Purple Hearts tells the story of struggling singer-song writer Cassie (Carson) and troubled marine Luke (Nicholas Galitzine) who find themselves in a fake marriage for convenience. Despite them being polar opposites and stubborn as hell, lines get blurred, and they discover that their fake marriage may just be a real marriage. Surprise!
