'Yellowstone': Which Cast Members Are Back Filming On The Dutton Ranch?
You probably saw this coming from an acre away. One of TV’s biggest shows, Yellowstone, has been renewed for a much-anticipated fifth season. Saddle up for more drama with the Dutton family, because the Paramount Network show isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. Yee-haw!
The show, which has finally been getting recognition at awards ceremonies like SAG and PGA, is slated to begin production on Season 5 this May. Guest stars Jen Landon and Kathryn Kelly have been upped to series regulars, alongside the stacked ensemble of returning folks including Kevin Costner, Luke Grimes, Kelly Reilly, Wes Bentley, Cole Hauser, Kelsey Asbille, Brecken Merrill, Jefferson White, Forrie Smith, Denim Richards, Ian Bohen, Finn Little, Ryan Bingham and Gil Birmingham.
“Yellowstone’s record-breaking performance proves we’ve tapped a cultural nerve and unleashed a passionate audience from the center of the country to each of the coasts,” said Chris McCarthy, President and CEO, ViacomCBS Media Networks via a release provided to Decider. “Kevin Costner leads our incredible cast who make the Duttons America’s favorite family and, this new season is sure to be another one fans won’t want to miss.”
Yellowstone has broken a number of records for the Paramount Network, with Season 4’s premiere racking up over 14 million total viewers and the finale breaking that with a whopping 15 million fans.
“We are honored to be able to bring audiences another season of Yellowstone. The continued growth in viewership and the recent recognition from the guilds bolsters our commitment to continue to bring groundbreaking entertainment to audiences,” said executive producer David C. Glasser, 101 Studios.
Taylor Sheridan‘s western drama series follows the Dutton family, led by John Dutton (Costner), as they control the largest cattle ranch in the United States. The popularity of the series has launched Sheridan into new projects at Paramount+, including Mayor of Kingstown and Yellowstone prequel 1883.
Yellowstone was co-created by Sheridan and John Linson. Executive producers include John Linson, Art Linson, Taylor Sheridan, Kevin Costner, David C. Glasser, Bob Yari and Stephen Kay.
