Dark Side of The Ring

Vice TV’s immensely popular docuseries Dark Side of the Ring has finally returned for Season 3!

Narrated by Chris Jericho, the engaging series delves into the hidden, heartbreaking, and untold stories of professional wrestling. The new season begins with a two-part episode about the life and career of Brian Pillman (Part 1 is currently streaming on YouTube), and future episodes will cover the career of The Ultimate Warrior, the infamous “plane ride from hell,” the WWF’s mid-90s steroid trials, the Grizzly Smith story, and more. Dark Side of the Ring Season 3 features an all-star cast of talking heads, including Jake “The Snake” Roberts, Jon Moxley, Mick Foley, Diamond Dallas Page, Eric Bischoff, Jim Ross, Jim Cornette, David Arquette, and many more.

The two-part season premiere of Dark Side of the Ring airs Thursday, May 6 from 9:00-10:55 p.m. ET on Vice TV. An encore presentation of the two-part premiere will air at midnight.

HOW TO WATCH DARK SIDE OF THE RING SEASON 3 LIVE ONLINE:

You can find a Vice TV live stream with an active subscription to Hulu + Live TV, Sling TV (Orange), fuboTV, or Philo. All of the aforementioned services offer Vice TV in their channel lineups. Season 3 episodes of Dark Side of the Ring will also be available for next-day streaming on the Vice TV website and Vice TV app.

DARK SIDE OF THE RING SEASON 3 EPISODE LIST/SCHEDULE:

The third season of Dark Side of the Ring will consist of 14 episodes, with the second half of the season premiering in the late summer of 2021.

May 6, 2021 : “Pillman Part One/Pillman Part Two”
May 13, 2021: “The Ultra Violence of Nick Gage”
May 20, 2021: “The Collision in Korea”

Episodes that will presumably air in May and June center on The Ultimate Warrior, Dynamite Kid, and the story of Grizzly Smith. The second half of the season will feature episodes on the steroid trials, the story of FMW, Luna Vachon, XPW, Chris Kanyon, and, yes, the infamous “plane ride from hell.”

WILL DARK SIDE OF THE RING SEASON 3 BE ON HULU?

*** UPDATE (8/17) Dark Side of the Ring Season 3A premieres September 15, 2021 on Hulu. ***

Dark Side of the Ring Season 3 won’t be available for next-day streaming on Hulu, but the first two seasons of the series (along with Dark Side of the Ring After Dark) are currently available on the platform. The third season should eventually be available to stream on Hulu, but since the second season was only added to the service in March of 2021, we don’t expect Season 3 to be available on Hulu until mid-2022.
