Big screen actor Denzel Washington stars in yet another Oscar contender, The Little Things, a psychological thriller which premiered on HBO Max on Friday, January 29. Directed by John Lee Hancock, The Little Things will be the first Warner Bros. title of 2021 to debut concurrently in theaters and on HBO Max. The star-studded film, which also stars Rami Malek and Jared Leto, is already garnering a lot of attention from audiences.

The easiest way to watch The Little Things is directly on HBO Max, WarnerMedia‘s streaming service. John Lee Hancock’s psychological thriller is the first of Warner Bros.’ 2021 films to debut concurrently in theaters and on streaming; as part of the deal, it will remain on HBO Max for 31 days from its theatrical release in the U.S. at no additional cost to subscribers.

HOW TO WATCH THE LITTLE THINGS ON HBO MAX AND HULU

To watch The Little Things, users must either have an active subscription to HBO Max—which costs $14.99/month with no free trial period—or get a Hulu base plan (starting at $5.99) and add HBO Max with a free one-week trial. Umm, we’re going to hedge on the latter being the better deal.
