And there is no better way to complete that blissful image than by adding in some shows and movies for you to binge-watch this weekend. Luckily, whether you stream on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, or HBO, you should have no problem finding the entertainment vice fir for you this weekend. So happy streaming!
This weekend, Netflix is finally giving the people what they’ve been asking for with the release of the new horror/drama series, Locke & Key. This highly-anticipated series follows a widow and her children as they move into the family home of their recently-murdered patriarch and soon discover some very strange things in the old house. But this series is not like any old horror show/movie, so be sure to check it out! In addition to Locke & Key, Netflix is also releasing Season 4 of Better Call Saul; and right on time too, because now you can binge-watch it before Season 5 comes out on AMC February 23.
Our other favorite streaming platforms are coming to play, too. If you’ve ever wondered ‘what the heck is going on inside Shia LaBeouf’s head?’ then your questions will be answered in his new film, Honey Boy. Written by and starring LaBeouf, this semi-autobiographical follows a child actor as he rises to stardom from a young age and his changing relationship with his addict father. If you didn’t like Shia before, we are confident this film will at least make you respect him in a different way. And if you find yourself in the mood to watch more horror films after binge-watching Locke & Key, then check out Ma, the thriller starring Octavia Spencer that hits HBO this Saturday.

Locke & Key
It feels as if we have been building up to this release forever, but at last the new series Locke & Key has finally hit Netflix. Based on the comic book series of the same name, this supernatural horror saga follows a mother and her three children who move to their patriarch’s family home after he is murdered. They quickly find that the old house is filled with magical keys, but before uncovering their secrets, the family encounters the evil demon that wants all the keys to himself. A thrilling combination of family drama, supernatural, mystery and horror, Locke & Key is everything we have been waiting for, and more.
Better Call Saul: Season 4
Although Better Call Saul is an obvious prequel, we still relish in watching Jimmy McGill’s (Bob Odenkirk) slowly descend from small-time attorney to big-time crime lawyer for Walter White. In Season 4, the characters are doing their best to cope with Chuck’s death, and we watch as Jimmy inches even closer to his eventual alter-ego, Saul Goodman. Since Season 5 is actually airing on AMC later this month, we highly recommend you binge-watch Better Call Saul Season 4 as soon as possible.

Honey Boy
Shia LaBeouf’s career — and life, for that matter — has been one never-ending rollercoaster ride: he went from child actor to Disney star, then blockbuster action hero and finally obscure performance artist. LeBeouf has always been sort of an enigma, but we are finally learning more about the man in his new film, Honey Boy. Based on LaBeouf’s own life growing up, this drama centers on a young child actor (Otis Lort) and his tumultuous relationship with his struggling veteran father (LaBeouf). As we follow young James Lort as he rises to fame early on in his life, we watch as his relationship strains with his drug- and alcohol-addicted father. A poignant and cathartic piece, Honey Boy will reveal to the world the true LaBeouf, and move you to respect the insecure boy that grew into the man we know today.
