Clear your schedules, because it is time for a marathon! Toy Story 4, the latest film in the iconic Pixar franchise, is finally available to stream on Disney+. The 2019 feature reunited Tom Hanks and Tim Allen with Annie Potts’ Bo Peep, and also introduced a new fan favorite character into the series: Forky! Tony Hale’s neurotic creation stole the movie (and you gotta admit, probably helped it cross that billion dollar line at the box office).

As of today, you can finally stream Toy Story 4 on Disney+! But what about the other Pixar movies? And is Toy Story 4 really never going to stream on Netflix? Here’s your answers!

Is Toy Story 4 on Disney+?

Yes! Toy Story 4 is now streaming on Disney+, which means you can watch all of the films in the Toy Story franchise on one streaming service. This is also Toy Story 4’s streaming debut; it opened in theaters last June and then arrived on VOD in October 2019.

Disney+ even has additional Toy Story 4 content to watch once you finish the main feature film. There’s the spinoff series of shorts starring the film’s breakout character, Forky Asks a Question. Pixar also just added a short starring Bo Peep to the streaming service, titled Lamp Life, that covers what the character was up to in between films.

Will Toy Story 4 be on Netflix?

Nope! That’s what Disney+ is for! Toy Story 4 will never be available to stream on Netflix because of the launch of Disney+. Now that Disney has its own streaming service, all of the Pixar movies will go there when it comes time for them to stream. There are, however, some Pixar movies still running out their old contract on Netflix. They will eventually leave the platform and jump to Disney+ (more on that below).

When will the Pixar movies leave Netflix and be added to Disney+?

One Pixar film is still caught in the middle of the Disney/Netflix split. The old contract gave Netflix exclusive streaming rights to all Disney movies released before 2019. With the launch of Disney+, though, that deal is over and done with. However, there is still one Pixar movie that’s running out the clock on that contract. Incredibles 2 still has a few more months left on Netflix, but it will leave Netflix and jump to Disney+ on July 30, 2020.
