‘Rhythm And Flow’ Auditions: How To Sign Up for the Cardi B Hosted Netflix Show

Netflix is feeling the rhythm, feeling the flow. The streaming site recently announced a new hip-hop-themed reality singing competition, Rhythm & Flow, hosted by Cardi B, Chance the Rapper, and T.I. Deadline reports that the 10-episode multi-city competition series is scheduled to premiere in the fall of 2019. Executive produced by John Legend, the show will attempt to find the next breakout hip-hop star, with auditions beginning this fall in the judges’ hometowns of Atlanta, Chicago, and New York.

For some, Rhythm & Flow is just another fun reality series to add to their queue. For others, this hip-hop-themed show could be a chance to become rap’s next big thing. How can you audition for Rhythm & Flow? Easy! Allow me, a man who once said Smash Mouth’s “Fush Yu Mang” was underrated, to guide you through the process.

RHYTHM AND FLOW AUDITIONS STEP 4: PHOTOS AND PERFORMANCE

Here’s where they separate the boys from men. The spice from the girls. The matchbox from the 20. During the fourth and final stage, you’re asked to submit two photos and a performance video that’s been recorded within the last three months.

Since I don’t currently have a performance video, I, your good friend DJ Jazzier Jeff, will have to gracefully bow out. It is with a heavy heart that I admit to myself that I am not rap’s next superstar. But perhaps you are? Good luck!
