The Money Shot

The house that porn built begins to crumble in this tense family drama from France. The Valadines made their fortune making pornographic films at Xanadu. But then reality sets in, and that reality is the internet. How will the family really compete in the digital age, and how will the Valadines keep their livelihood alive. This is the series that Iuzzolino calls “tastefully erotic” and “downright dirty,” so this could be your new late night watch.

The Score

Another family drama joins WP this month, the Belgium football series The Score. Two brothers’ relationship is put to the test when one of them is selected to pay for a top football club, while the other has to sweep up his shattered sports dreams and find something else to do with his life. Is family stronger than football? That’s what the Moerman brothers are about to find out. “The characters are beautifully drawn,” said Walter of The Score. “This is a family you’ll really care about.”
