Pour a glass of your favorite fizzy stuff because we’re ready to toast to this week’s Woman Crush Wednesday.

We’re raising our glasses to a gal that you’re going to be seeing a lot this week, and that’s for the best. Megan Mullally is returning to her iconic role as Karen Walker on Will & Grace and not a moment too soon. We can all use an extra dose of that brutally bitchy babe, amiright?

WHO’S THAT GAL: Megan Mullally

WHY WE’RE CRUSHING: The actress and singer has brought laughs to viewers on TV, in movies, and even on the Broadway stage. She’s not afraid to go there for the joke (see: her appearances on Parks and Recreation) and has mastered the ability to use both her sexuality and her sense of humor for a 1-2 knockout comedic punch. Her Emmy and SAG awards are shiny proof of that, and we love her for it.

While Karen will remain one of the most sassy, silly, and legendary characters of all time, we love that Megan has continually found new ways to flex those comedic muscles she’s really sculpted over the years. From popping up on beloved sitcoms to surprising film roles, to dirty and deranged moments with her husband and perfect comedy partner, this gal knows how to keep us shook…and shaking with laughter.

WHERE YOU’VE SEEN HER BEFORE: While Megan had been a working actress for nearly 2 decades, it was 1998’s Will & Grace that made her the superstar she is today. Audiences fell in love with Megan’s Karen Walker, from her lavish lifestyle to the sick burns that made her the comedic force she proved to be during every episode. Since the original, and as we gear up for the show’s revival, the actress has kept busy along the way. She’s popped up in TV shows such as How I Met Your Mother, The New Adventures of Old Christine, Up All Night, 30 Rock, Happy Endings, Trophy Wife, and Web Therapy. She starred opposite Christian Slater in the pre-Mr. Robot Breaking In, and she teamed up with her IRL husband Nick Offerman for some of the most disgusting, hilarious and unforgettable scenes on Parks and Recreation. You’ve also caught her on You, Me and the Apocalypse, Life in Pieces, and films such as G.B.F., Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day, Smashed, Fame, and The Kings of Summer. She’s also given super funny performances in Party Down and Childrens Hospital, and lent her infamous voice to many projects including Bob’s Burgers, Sofia the First, Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja, and Axe Cop. Oh, and then there’s also her comedy special with Offerman, wonderfully titled, Nick Offerman & Megan Mullally: Summer of 69: No Apostrophe.

In addition to this week’s Will & Grace premiere on NBC, you can also catch Megan in Why Him? which lands on HBO this Saturday night. As Barb, Megan and Bryan Cranston tolerate James Franco as their daughter’s new boyfriend in the unrelentingly funny flick.

WHERE YOU’LL SEE HER AGAIN: There are new episodes of Will & Grace headed our way! Is that not enough for you? Fine, you can also see Megan in the upcoming The Disaster Artist, where she’ll re-team with Franco and nearly every other funny person on the planet for one of this year’s most anticipated movies.
