Happy Wednesday! You know what that means. It’s that time of the week where you can unabashedly declare which ladies you’ve been hardcore crushing on. At Decider, we like to make a weekly point of saying ‘YAAAS’ to a badass member of Team Woman, and today our queen is the dynamically funny and versatile Kiersey Clemons.

Clemons has done a little bit of everything, but she’s probably best known for her role on Amazon’s Transparent, where she plays Bianca. In case you forgot, Bianca is Tammy’s (Melora Hardin) ex stepdaughter, who needs a break from her Scientologist mom. She’s responsible for adding in some much-needed lightness and humor into a show that can often get too self-reflective. Clemons is also going to be in the upcoming summer blockbuster sequel, Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising, and judging by the trailer, she’s going to slay in this one just like she does in everything else. We thought it was time to shed some light on this comedic force to be reckoned with. Get ready to fall hard for Clemons.

WHO’S THAT GAL?: Kiersey Clemons

WHERE YOU’VE SEEN HER BEFORE: Clemons has been on a little bit over everything, from her aforementioned role on Transparent to guest starring on New Girl and Brie Larson’s episode of Comedy Bang! Bang!. She was also a series regular on the MTV series, Eye Candy (which you can watch on MTV’s site with a cable subscription), where she played Sophia. Clemons even made a guest appearance on the Disney show, Good Luck Charlie. However, we know Clemons best from her portrayal of Diggy in the borderline flawless coming of age movie, Dope.

WHY WE’RE CRUSHING: Clemons’ performances often blend heavy emotions with a refreshing amount of lightheartedness, but her portrayal of Dope’s Diggy is on another level. We don’t just want to watch more of Diggy; we want this level-headed and hilarious queen to be our best friend. If you want a cheat sheet for our love of this dynamic character and actress, it can all be summed up in one scene. Diggy and her friends are trying to get into a party but are banned because there are no girls with them. Without missing a beat, the lesbian tomboy Diggy raises her shirt in a way that can only be described as apathetic defiance to the rude bouncer and probably the patriarchy as a whole. Slow. Clap.

WHERE YOU’LL SEE HER NEXT: Thankfully, Clemons will be returning to our lives this summer as Beth in Neighbors 2. She’s also slated to star in Little Bitches, which is slated to be released sometime later this year. What’s that, you say? You need more Clemons in your life now? Fear not; she also stars alongside Josh Hutcherson in DJ Snake’s apocalyptic superhero music video for “Middle.” You’re welcome.
