All ‘90s Kids Shows And Cartoons On Streaming

Because we have a pulse, we love the ’90s. Between the sassy hairstyles, never-ending boy bands, and prime snacks, the ’90s didn’t just signify childhood for many of us here at Decider. It signified a golden era of epicness. Fortunately for us, a lot of our favorite streaming services also think the ’90s were totally rad, and they have the show catalogues to prove it.
In case you wanted to revisit a time when Capri-Suns reigned supreme and green slime was everywhere, we’ve compiled a list of all the ’90s kids shows and cartoons that are available to stream. From Hey Arnold! to Pokemon, there are a lot of classics available for you to watch. Aditionally, we’ve curated some of our all time favorite watches. Grab your Dunkaroos, throw your baseball cap on backwards, and start streaming.
Quick Note: Selections with an asterisk are for shows and movies that started in the late ’90s and early 2000s. I know it’s breaking the rules a bit, but they’re too good (and streamable!) to leave off this list.

WHEN YOU’RE IN A NEW YORK MOOD: Hey Arnold!

We’re so happy this football head has moved back into our lives. Though it’s taken us until 2016 to really appreciate it, Arnold was just cool. He was free to roam the streets of New York doing whatever he pleased, and he was the No. 1 person to turn to when you were feeling down. How many other children’s characters helped a stoop kid, a chocolate boy, and a pigeon man? Just Arnold.

GIRL POWERED WATCH: The Powerpuff Girls

We know that they’re technically made of sugar, spice and all things nice, but these three ladies showed us how to kick some serious butt. Forget Batman or Superman. Our lunchboxes were Powerpuff themed. Technically this one came out in the early 2000s, but it feels so ’90s, we had to include it on the list.

GOTTA CATCH ‘EM ALL: Pokemon

I don’t think there’s anything more ’90s then Ash Ketchum’s (subtle) quest to be the Pokemon master. There was a period of time when Pokemon dominated every branch of pop culture — kids, adult, it didn’t matter. All that mattered was catching all 150 of those adorable monsters and having better cards than your friends. Excuse us. We have a Japanese holographic Charizard negotiation to attend to.
