Final Shots: Maria Bamford’s ‘Lady Dynamite’ Makes Netflix Debut On May 20

Maria Bamford is finally getting a show of her own. Last June, Netflix announced that it had picked up Lady Dynamite, a new original series starring the comedian, and now it has a premiere date: May 20. The show, which is produced by Arrested Development creator Mitch Hurwitz, will focus on “a woman who loses — and then finds — her s—t.” According to Splitsider, Bamford will be joined by a roster of insanely talented guest stars on the show including Patton Oswalt, Sarah Silverman, and Tig Notaro, just to name a few.
