Final Shots: Vice Tries To Figure Out If The ‘X-Files’ Is Real

Excited for the return of the X-Files? With little more than a month to go before the show returns to FOX, prepare by checking out the second season premiere of Vice’s The Real (via Variety), which explores the real-life events that inspired the paranormal thriller. In the episode, the website’s Casey Feldman travels to Roswell, New Mexico, with real-life paranormal investigator Joe Nickell to see if “the truth really is out there.” The digital series has previously looked into the factual stories that inspired shows and movies like Mad MenTrue Detective and The Wolf of Wall Street.
